Yellow Fever Shot

I have an appointment at Hillside Medical for a yellow fever shot Thursday July 25.  Prior to getting the shot they require a travel consult with your doctor.. So you need to make that appointment first.. It's a two appoint job just to get a shot that is required for travel.. Plan ahead.
